Terms and Conditions

Please take note of the following important information:

• Free delivery in Pretoria for orders that exceed the value of R2,000
• For all orders less than R2,000 delivery will be charged (except when the plants are collected from our retail nursery) at R5.20 per km and delivery can be arranged for areas outside of Pretoria
• Plants should be paid in full on or prior to delivery
• We accept cash and electronic bank transfers (proof of payment is required for EFT)
• We do not accept payment by cheque
• A 10% handling fee will be levied on any returned items
• A collection fee will be charged at R5.20 per km for all returned items regardless of whether a delivery fee was charged on the invoice
